Welcome to Victoria's Vintage Tea Rooms and gift shop, Britain's most northerly tea rooms!

we are situated on the north side of Unst in Haroldswick, close to many tourist attractions in Haroldswick including Unst Heritage centre, Unst boat haven and The Viking replica longhouse boat.

 

We are a family run business, established in 2014. we started in the local village hall, serving cake three days a week over the summer, after having such a successful summer we secured permanent premises in Haroldswick; we are proud to have now built up the tea room and gift shop to what it is today.

 A unique and beautiful Vintage style Tea Room with stunning sea views with indoor and outdoor seating, free wifi and full disabled access.

 

Our Gift Shop offers a selection of unique gifts, souvenirs, crafts and homemade food gifts, it is full of one of a kind unique gifts from all over Scotland,

we pride ourselves on supporting other small businesses in Shetland and Scotland.

 

our simple but unique menu consists of freshly made soups using seasonal vegetables many locally grown on the island, our scones are made fresh every day to Victoria's very own Recipe, our personal favourite is our savoury cream tea, a good sized Orkney cheese scone with  Orkney cheese one the side, homemade chutney, sliced apple all served with a  fresh side salad with homemade honey and mustard dressing, if scones arnt your thing we can do any of our scone platters as open sandwiches.  gluten free and vegan options are available. 

Then there are the cakes.....we are known for our huge yummy cakes all made in the traditional way to make our sponges light and fluffy and our brownies rich and chocolatey

 

Victoria being a Devon girl is very good at making scones! using her own recipe adapted and improved  over 10 years we think they are worth two ferry rides to Unst to try them!
